Sam Bass joined Brazos Residential as an Asset Management Analyst, where he supports portfolio performance, financial reporting, and operational strategy across the firm’s multifamily investments. In his role, Sam partners with property management and cross-functional teams to monitor operating results, evaluate asset performance, and advance value-enhancing initiatives.
Before joining Brazos, Sam was an Asset Management Analyst with UBS Global Real Assets, where he prepared annual operating budgets, led variance and valuation analyses, and supported investment committee reporting across a diversified real estate portfolio. Sam also contributed to investor reporting and transaction support during dispositions.
Earlier in his career, Sam held roles in real estate development and financial analysis, where he supported underwriting, financial reporting, and deal execution.
Sam earned a Master of Real Estate and a Bachelor of Finance from Texas A&M University’s Mays Business School. He is based in Dallas, Texas.
