Megan Lafferty joined Brazos Residential as an Asset Manager in October 2026. In her role, she oversees asset-level business plans, budgets, renovation initiatives, and operational and financial performance alongside property management teams.
Prior to Brazos, Megan served as a Senior Investments Associate at Madera Residential, where she led underwriting and due diligence and prepared investment committee presentations and investor materials. She played an integral role throughout the acquisition process, from initial evaluation through closing and transition to asset management. She brings more than five years of experience underwriting multifamily properties across Texas and has helped close over $1.8 billion in multifamily acquisitions totaling more than 8,000 units.
Megan holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from the University of Arkansas and resides in Dallas, Texas, with her husband.
