Mark Gottsacker joined Brazos Residential in February 2026 as Head of Investor Relations, where he leads the firm’s investor engagement strategy, capital partner relationships, and fundraising efforts across Brazos’s multifamily investment platform.
Prior to Brazos, Mark served as Vice President of Capital Formation and Investor Relations at Pegasus Real Estate, where he led fundraising initiatives and expanded the firm’s institutional and high-net-worth investor base. Before Pegasus, Mark was a member of the Capital Formation team at S2 Capital, where he supported fundraising across multiple real estate vehicles and played a key role in launching S2’s Real Estate Income Trust, the nation’s largest multifamily pure-play private REIT.
Mark’s experience includes investment structuring, capital strategy, and relationship management with institutional investors and family offices.
He earned his degree from Keiser University in West Palm Beach, Florida, where he was a member of the baseball team. Mark resides in Dallas, Texas with his wife.
