Cathy Teetzel joined Brazos Residential in August 2023 as an Accounting Manager. She has over a decade of property accounting experience in the commercial real estate industry. Cathy was responsible for the financial presentation of 21 properties, 6,500 units, as Senior Accountant for Monarch Investment and Management Group.

Cathy received a BS in Accounting from Metropolitan State University of Denver and resides in Castle Rock, Colorado with her husband and three dogs.
