Alexander comes to us from The Kirkland Company in Nashville, a multifamily brokerage firm, where he was a senior analyst underwriting deals, compiling market research, and preparing packages (BOV and OM) for properties taken to market. He has underwritten north of 1,800 deals with a total value of around $15.5B. Simultaneously, he was an analyst for Market Street Retail, TKC's sister company - a retail brokerage and acquisition firm in Nashville.

He graduated from SMU in 2022 with a BBA in finance and a minor in Spanish and is originally from Nashville.
