Brazos Residential is pleased to announce it has assumed management of Prairie Estates, located at 1325 Daja Lane in Grand Prairie, Texas. Brazos Residential began managing the 160-unit townhome community on June 23, 2026 on behalf of ownership, adding a third-party management assignment to its growing Dallas–Fort Worth footprint.
